Lead Product Design & XFN partner, 0-1 concepts, product strategy, executive level presentations, user research partner, visual design, interaction / IA, agency art direction, marketing partner.

Team:
2 Product Designers, 1 Product Managers, ~5 Engineers,  Content Designer, User Researcher, and Marketing Manager
One of the main methods of designing and testing the app experience was to create full end-to-end prototypes of the product. These were used to present to leadership, creators, and press releases. The example below is the MVP experience that included flows of app adoption, first run experience and general navigation:

Learnings from UXR and beta users wanted to find the creators and content they like more quickly. We changed the top bar away from tabs to feature search and emphasized the sub “pill” navigation.
